Happy Pride Month!
At Go Green Baby, we welcome families of all kinds. Whoever is in your family, whoever you love, whoever you are, you are welcome here. As a proud queer-owned business, inclusivity is at the heart of what we do and who we are. This Pride Month, we celebrate the rich diversity in our community and stand up for the rights of all our 2SLGBTQIA+ siblings.
In that spirit, there are some great Pride activities for families happening in our region this month. Check out these fun events, we hope to see you there!
June 10th
12:00pm Pride parade at Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board and Pride in the park at West Zwick's Park in Belleville
June 11th
10:00am: Cheer on the participants at the Pride Run/Walk in John Machin Park
10:00am to 1:00pm Family Friendly Drag Queen Bingo at Memorial Centre Market, hosted by Sherry Anne Hex
June 17th
10:00am to 6:00pm: Community Fair with Beer Garden & performances 11:00am to 6:00pm - Confederation Park
10:30am to 11:30am: Drag Queen Storytime, Market Square Theatre, in partnership with KFPL
12:00pm to 1:00pm: Pride Parade, Princess Street (See Map on 2023 Festival Page)
June 24th
2:00pm to 3:00pm Queer Families Drop In at the Go Green Baby Studio: Join queer parents and kids in our newly opened studio to build community, make friends, and have some fun.
