Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer a curbside pickup option at checkout for all local orders. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, usually within a few business hours. Park in our lot at 293 Division Street, and phone 613.344.0390, quoting your order number, and we'll bring your order to your vehicle.
We offer free delivery within a 30 Km radius* of our store on Tuesdays & Fridays for orders placed before 3:00 PM on those days

We ship all orders within 48 hours by Canada Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. We charge a flat fee of $10 for orders less than $99 and offer free shipping on most* orders over this amount
(*Some exceptions may apply to some addresses for oversize and/or overweight items. You will be contacted ASAP if this is the case to ensure you are in agreement before your order or exchange is processed)

Our online inventory is a accurate as we can make it. There are certain items, including display models and Preloved items that can only be purchased in store.
Gift cards are not transferable. Only the original recipient can use the gift card. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refunds. A gift card cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift card. Gift cards must be used for physical products or services.
You can purchase an electronic version online or stop by the shop for a physical card.
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase at Go Green Baby, we are more than happy to offer a store exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. The following items are not returnable and are final sale: personal care products (body wash, soaps, creams, lotions, face masks, etc), diapers, cloth pads, underwear, bottles & sippy cups, pacifiers, diaper sprayers, car seats, booster seats, furniture, mattresses, worn items (incl baby carriers), special order items and sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your receipt as proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer for returns.

- Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Concerns
Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer for manufacturing defects or warranty issues. You will likely be required to show proof of purchase. Returning & Exchanging Shipped Items
For orders over $99, Go Green Baby will cover the costs of returns (for store credit) and exchanges provided you are within standard shipping zones and the items are not deemed heavy or large.* We will email you a shipping label to place on a box or envelope. All you have to do is drop off your item in a Canada Post box or at a Canada Post Service location.
For orders under $99, Go Green Baby will cover half the shipping costs. If you are doing an exchange, we find it easiest for you to pay to have the item shipped to us and we will pay to ship your replacement item back to you.
Once we receive the item, we can then issue you a store credit for your exchange which can be used anytime in the future OR we can resend you a replacement/other item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
