Online Inventory

All of our products are inventoried and as accurate they can be. What you see on our website is what you will see in our shop and vice versa. Sometimes we can make mistakes..so please have patience if that is the case. We will let you know as quickly as possible if an item is not available (within 24-48 hours).


Ordering
1) You can place an order online 24 hours a day. Unbelievable right? However, we will not be able to view your order until the morning when we wake up from our restful sleep of a full 10 uninterrupted hours (ha!).
2) Visit us anytime at 293 Division Street, Kingston, Ontario to see all our products, chat with us and join our local community.

Shipping
We use Canada Post shipping and charge $10 flat rate fee for orders under $99. Orders over $99 are FREE!

 

Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase at Go Green Baby, we are more than happy to offer a store exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. The following items are not returnable and are final sale: personal care products (body wash, soaps, creams, lotions, etc), diapers, bottles & sippy cups, pacifiers, diaper sprayers, car seats, booster seats, furniture, used or worn items, special order items and sale items.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your receipt and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (this is important so that we can resell the item!).

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer for returns. Only for manufacturing defects or warranties.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Concerns
Most manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer for manufacturing defects or warranty issues. Please send us the details and we will put you in touch with the person and/or company. Email us at natalie@go-greenbaby.ca or call us at 613 344 0390.

Shipping for Returns
For orders over $99, Go Green Baby will cover the costs of returns and exchanges provided you are within standard shipping zones and the items are not deemed heavy or large (we will let you know in advance if this applies to you).  We will send you a shipping mailer to place on a box or envelope. All you have to do is drop off your item in a Canada Post box or at a Canada Post Service location. For orders under $99, Go Green Baby will cover half the shipping costs for exchanges. 

Once we receive the item, we can then issue you a store credit for your exchange which can be used anytime in the future OR we can resend you a replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not transferable. Only the original recipient can use the gift card. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refunds. A gift card cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift card. Gift cards must be used for physical products or services.

*Certain items do not apply for free return (such as larger or heavier items. We will let you if this applies to you.)
