What are Go Green Rewards?

Go Green Rewards are  points you can earn which can be used to save money on your future purchases. We want to show some love for your continued loyalty and support!

How do I sign up?

If you already have an online account with us - you're already signed up! If not, simply create one now; or make a purchase online or in-store and you'll automatically be able to earn points. You get 100 points for just signing up!

How do I earn Go Green Rewards?

*1 birthday reward per year per customer, you must register 30 days before your birthday to earn points in that year.

How do I use my points?

Points may be redeemed for the following coupons. Coupons come in the form of a promo code which is applied at checkout online or when shopping in-store. Reward redemptions are designed to be used on regularly priced items and cannot be combined with any other offers or promo codes. One reward redemption per customer, per day is permitted. 

Do you offer other rewards?

We do! You can refer friends or family to us for a $10 off coupon for both you and the person you refer. The coupons are only applicable to orders $50 or more.

How do I view my points balance?

You can view your points by logging on to your online account and clicking on the Rewards icon. There, you can also see your referral URL to share with friends and family. 

May I transfer points to a friend or family member?

Unfortunately Go Green Rewards are not transferrable. But feel free to share the love by referring your loved one or buying them a gift with the points you've earned!

You used to have a punch card. Why did you change systems? 

We've upgraded to an online system so that we can reward all of our customers and show our appreciation for both your in store and online orders. This system allows us to reward you no matter how you shop or where you live!

Can I transfer rewards from the old paper punch card system? 

Yes, you can trade in your paper punch card for online points! Stop by with your card in-store or send us an email. Please include a photo of your card(s) intact and a second photo of the card(s) ripped in half (please recycle or compost the card). We will adjust your online points balance for you as soon as possible.

In accordance with our merchant agreement, Go Green Rewards cannot be redeemed for Grimm's products if the discount percentage is more than 10%.
