We invite you and your attendees to connect, learn, grow & move in our community studio! Our versatile studio is an ideal setting for educational programs, movement classes, and social events. Our goal is to support and improve the physical & mental well-being of parents and caregivers during the early years of their growing families. We aim to achieve this with a diverse schedule of enriching events facilitated by experts like you. Join us in creating an empowering environment for grownups & children alike to thrive!

Booking Amenities
We want to provide your group with a setting that encourages thoughtful, grounded & inspiring engagement.
We are delighted to include amenities beneficial to your expert offerings in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
- Central Kingston location
- Free residential street parking; on-site parking may be available

- HEPA air purifiers
- muslin floor mats & floor chairs
- folding chairs & tables
- yoga mats & blocks
- variety of open-ended wooden toys
- whiteboard/felt board, clipboards & pens
- Bluetooth/wired speakers & TV with Chromecast
- On-site staff member for support during your event
- Assistance with setup, take-down and use of our amenities
- Cross-promotional advertising on Go Green Baby's email newsletters, social media platforms, an event calendar listing on our community calendar, and in-store advertising on our bulletin board.
Booking Policies
- Bookings include access to the studio 15 minutes before the event and 15 minutes after the reservation. Additional setup/take-down time is possible, please let us know upon registration.
- You are responsible for registering, collecting fees from, and communicating changes with your attendees.
- You are responsible for advertising your event. We would love to support your event's success with cross-promotional marketing through our networks if you are interested.
- The total rental fee is due at the start of your event.
- A certificate of insurance may be required, depending on the nature of the event.
- The studio must be left neat, clean, and sanitary.
- Please be respectful to our neighbours, excessive or loud volumes are not permitted.
- Please limit single-use plastic and non-recyclable waste.
- If used, dishes must be loaded into the dishwasher.
- Please dispose of any excess garbage, compost, or recycling produced at your event.
- Strongly scented products and open flames are not permitted.
- A valid credit card number will be required on file until your booking is complete.
- A cleaning fee of $50 and/or up to $200 fee for damages will be charged if the space has not been left as agreed upon in the booking contract.
- Availability, policies, and rates are subject to change.
The studio has a maximum capacity of 24 people (including facilitators) as per fire code restrictions. We recommend the following capacities:
- Standing room-only events, 12-20 people
- Movement classes, 7-10 people
- Social & educational events with seating, 12-18 people
